Just Tap'd Beer Festival returning to downtown Macon

This celebration is the festival's 8th year bringing good beverages and better vibes to downtown Macon.

MACON, Ga. — People can raise a glass and tap into good times during the Just Tap'd Beer Festival.

This celebration is the festival's 8th year bringing good beverages and better vibes to downtown Macon. 

Organizers say there will be over 40 craft beer vendors for people to taste samples from Macon and around the country. Visitors can also taste some exclusive brews you won't find anywhere else.

Beer isn't the only thing the festival offers. 

There will be complimentary yard games, like giant cornhole to Kan Jam, giant Jenga, and connect-four, made to bring out the kid in you.

Festival goers will also get to enjoy a variety of food vendors and live music.

Admission is free to all ages but if you're 21 and up you can get a beer tasting ticket online.

A Beer Lover ticket is $45 and includes a limited edition 5oz beer tasting glass and unlimited access to all beers being poured in the park.

A VIP Beer Connoisseur ticket includes a limited edition 5oz beer tasting glass and unlimited access to all beers being poured in the park 1 hour before the festival begins. As a VIP ticket holder, you will have access to a special VIP lounge at the festival with a private bathroom and specialty beers only available to VIP ticket holders. If you bring your VIP ticket confirmation to Just Tap'd you can also get a $5 t-shirt, which usually retails for $14.99.

The festival will take place on Saturday from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m.
